據外國媒體報導, 一間叫 Smashwords 的外國公司剛與 Apple 達成了把電子發佈到 iBookstore
的協議. Smarhwords 表示, 透過 iBooks app (將可以在 App Store 免費下載), 任何人都可以把 ebook
放上 iBookstore 寄賣.

- 電子書的定價必須以 “99″ 美分為結尾, 例如 US$ 9.99
- 你的 ebook 一定要比印刷版便宜 (假如有印版本的話)
- 把你的 ebook 製成一個 Microsoft Word 的檔案, 連同你的定價,目標市場 (地區) 寄給他們
- 賣書的收益, 作者會收到 85% (假如是透過 affiliate / 盟友 出售的話, 作者只會收到70.5%)
